I. Product Overview

This product is mainly suitable for pressure measurement and control of viscous or non-caking granular media, such as mud, oil mud, sand slurry, non-caking gravel, asphalt, crude oil, chemical coatings, etc. It is applicable to industrial sites like mud pumps, grouting machines, fracturing and acidizing systems, and other scenarios requiring anti-blocking, high-strength friction resistance, and high-strength vibration resistance. It can work stably and reliably for a long time under harsh working conditions, solving the problem that ordinary flat membrane pressure sensors are frequently damaged by the impact and friction of cement and sand. Additionally, zirconium alloy and titanium alloy pressure transmitters have been developed for strongly corrosive environments in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and other industries.

III. Structure and Working Principle

The sensitive probe adopts a protruding flat membrane structure to directly sense the contacting medium, preventing measurement errors caused by medium blockage. The internally pasted strain circuit converts the medium pressure into an electrical signal, which is then converted into a standard output signal through high-precision digital amplification and other circuits.
