Product Introduction

I. Product Overview

This product is mainly suitable for pressure measurement and control of liquid, gas, non-adhesive colloid, sand gravel, and other media. Different from flat membranes, it has pressure introduction holes; unlike universal types, its base and core are of an integrated structure, eliminating concerns about contact with third-party media. It is suitable for industrial sites requiring high safety, high pressure, high precision, high stability, and resistance to strong vibration and impact. It ensures long-term stable and reliable operation under harsh working conditions. Zirconium-based alloy pressure transmitters are also available for highly corrosive environments in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and other industries. The appearance is identical to that of ordinary pressure sensor transmitters.

II. Application Features

  1. Suitable for pressure measurement of liquid, gas, non-adhesive colloid, sand gravel, and other media.
  2. Adaptable to various complex working conditions to enhance product reliability and overload resistance.
  3. Features high precision, stability, reliability, and strong overcharge resistance.
  4. Ideal for acid-base corrosion and other scenarios where the medium should not contact third parties (e.g., plastic sealing rings).
  5. Particularly suitable for large measurement ranges of 10~300 MPa and above.
  6. Adopts high-precision strain measurement technology for accurate pressure measurement.

III. Structure and Working Principle

The sensitive probe is not of assembled core or welded core structure but an integrated structure of the base and elastic body, directly sensing the contacting medium without the need for other media conduction. The internally pasted strain circuit converts the medium pressure into an electrical signal, which is then converted into a standard output signal through high-precision digital amplification and other circuits.

IV. Operating Environment

  1. Ambient temperature: -30~70℃;
  2. Relative ambient humidity: ≤90% (at 25℃);
  3. Atmospheric pressure: 80~106KPa;
  4. Applicable to environments with combustible and explosive gases such as coal dust and gas;
  5. Free from strong vibration and impact;
  6. Suitable for measuring the pressure of various liquids, gases, powders, slurries, etc., compatible with the contact medium materials.
