I. Product Overview

The union strain gauge pressure transmitter is a new product integrating advanced domestic and foreign technologies with domestic sensor manufacturing technologies. It adopts high-precision strain gauge diaphragms and circuit processing technologies, and has the characteristics of high response, high precision, robust structure, high overload capacity, corrosion resistance, shock resistance, and high cost performance. Its measurement range can reach up to 220 Mpa.
It is widely used in various pipeline pressure tests, especially in equipment such as oil fracturing and well killing. It is particularly suitable for measuring harsh working conditions such as high-pressure crude oil, oil sludge, sand slurry, and sludge water. It is the first choice for high-pressure measurements in fracturing trucks, cementing trucks, etc., and can replace imported products.

II. Application Features

  1. The hard blind hole probe structure is especially suitable for measuring the pressure of viscous sand and other media, effectively preventing excessive abrasion of the sensitive probe by the media.

III. Structure and Working Principle

The sensitive probe adopts a sunken blind hole structure, directly sensing the contacting medium at the bottom of the blind hole, avoiding measurement errors caused by excessive abrasion of the sensitive area due to medium flow.
The internally pasted strain circuit converts the medium pressure into an electrical signal, which is then converted into a standard output signal through high-precision digital amplification and other circuits.
